On 23 October 2014, in the presence of the Ambassador for Russia stationed in France his Excellency Mr Alexander Orlov, the President of the Paris International Chamber of Arbitration (CAIP), Mr Baudoin Delforge signed with Mr Vladimir Khvalei, President of the Russian Arbitration Association, a cooperation agreement aiming at strengthening the relationship between the two institutions.

The cooperation agreement aims at:

-offering mutual assistance regarding the setting up of arbitral tribunals and training by arbitral institutions;

-promoting the development of international arbitration and ADR through the exchange of information and publications relating to international arbitration and ADR.
