The following provisions govern the use of the website www.parisarbitration.com (hereinafter the “Site”) maintained by Paris, the Home of International Arbitration. The purpose of Paris, the Home of International Arbitration is to promote Paris as the leading seat for international arbitration.
By connecting to the Site, you agree to read and to comply with the following terms and conditions (hereinafter, “Terms of Use”). In the event you disagree with the wording of these Terms of Use, you are requested to cease using this Site.
1.1. These Terms of Use are effective on the date of their posting. They are binding from the first use of the Site by the user, for the entire duration of use of the Site.

6.2. Any dispute arising from the application of these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French Courts.
