Conference: “Investment Arbitration: Issues, Evolutions, Reforms”

The MACI (Master Arbitrage et Commerce International) invites you to a conference on investment arbitration in free-trade agreements. Investment Arbitration is going through an unprecedented crisis of legitimacy. Originally designed to bring certainty and predictability to investors in order to develop the economy of host countries, it now seems to mirror the anxieties related to globalization.

Nowodays regarded as a renegade in multilateral treaties, this legal point of encounter between the political and economical worlds nevertheless goes on growing and attracts more players each year.

It seems essential for any current or future international business law practictioner, to be aware of the idiosyncrasy and underlying characteristics of this field, as well as how it could be improved.

Please find here the registration link for the conference “Investment Arbitration: Issues, Evolutions, Reforms” organized by the MACI (Master Arbitrage et Commerce International) that will take place on Wednesday 3 May 2017, 5:00-8:30 pm at the International Chamber of Commerce, 33-43 Avenue du Président Wilson, 75116 Paris.
